Both the Hogans side and Oxford side have been updated with the new CellGate boxes.

IMPORTANT – Road and curb painting is scheduled for Wednesday Nov 2nd.
Beginning tomorrow morning all gates will be opened to allow painting to occur. The painter will start with power washing followed by painting. The paint (which will also be reflective) takes less than an hour to dry. Throughout the day various entrance and exit gates will be blocked. Please do not drive over the wet paint Painting will be completed by the end of the day and the gates that were opened will be closed at the end of the day. Click Full Story for more information.

Just when we were close to being completed, we had a small setback today. Around noon a vehicle was exiting the main exit gate and tried to get through the gate while it was closing. The vehicle made contact with the gate and as a result the right-side exit gate was knocked off its hinges. There is damage to the gate but we believe it can be repaired. New CellGate control boxes are being installed today at each of the 4 entry gates by our gate company. By the end of the day all 4 gates into Hogans Glen will be upgraded with new control boxes, and all will have working directories for each home based on the information homeowners provided on the Homeowner Information Forms. STARTING FRIDAY – Residents will need to use their new remotes to open any of the 4 entry gates into Hogans Glen. This includes the Main gate, Katie gate and both Asheville gates. You will also be able to open all 4 entry gates using your new 5-digit code.
