The Annual Meeting of the Hogan’s Glen Homeowners Association will be held on Tuesday, February 8th, 2022 at the Trophy Club Country Club, located at 500 Trophy Club Drive, Trophy Club TX 76262, in the Whitworth Ballroom. Registration and hors d’oeuvres and open bar begin at 6:00pm, meeting to begin at 6:30pm. Please RSVP to Jennifer.jennings@goodwintx.com

IMPORTANT!!! A quorum 51% of owners is required to conduct business at this meeting; therefore, you are strongly encouraged to attend. If you cannot attend the meeting, a proxy is enclosed so that you can delegate your voting rights to a third party. The proxy form may be returned to Goodwin and Company at:

On line voting will start on January 25th and will end on February 7th at 5 pm at the following link: https://hogansglenhoa.com/homeowner/dashboard.aspx If you cannot attend the meeting it is very important that you return the Proxy by Monday February 7th, 2022. In the event that you attend the meeting the proxy will be returned to you.
